The Race To 1 Million - Terms and Conditions

 

Effective date : December 1st 2024

These terms and conditions govern participation in the Race to 1 Million affiliate program offered by The Make Money Club (hereinafter "the Club"). By signing up for the program, affiliates agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility and Participation

  1. Affiliate Eligibility:

    • Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction.

    • The program is open to individuals globally, except in regions where local laws or regulations prohibit such programs.

    • Current members of the Club are automatically eligible to participate. Non-members must sign up through the provided registration process.

  2. Sign-Up Process:

    • Affiliates must register via the official affiliate portal to receive a unique referral link or code.

    • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.

  3. Activity Requirements:

    • Affiliates are encouraged to actively promote the Club to ensure maximum engagement.

    • Inactive accounts (no referrals within six months) may be subject to review and potential removal from the program.

2. Payment and Compensation

  1. Payment Method:

    • Payouts will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another mutually agreed-upon payment method. Affiliates must provide the necessary details to process payments.

  2. Currency:

    • Payments will be made in euros (€). Any currency conversion fees are the affiliate's responsibility.

  3. Payment Thresholds:

    • Affiliates must accumulate a minimum payout amount of €100 to be eligible for disbursement.

  4. Taxes and Fees:

    • Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or fees applicable to their earnings under this program.

3. Referral Tracking

  1. Tracking System:

    • Referrals will be tracked using unique affiliate links or codes assigned to each affiliate. Affiliates can monitor their referral activity through the affiliate portal.

  2. Dispute Resolution:

    • Discrepancies in referral counts or earnings must be reported within 30 days of occurrence. The Club will investigate and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Conditions for Prorated Payment

  1. Proration Formula:

  • If the goal of 1 Million paying subscribers is not reached by December 31st, affiliates will be paid proportionally based on the total number of paying subscribers achieved.

  • For example: If 500,000 paying subscribers are achieved, affiliates will receive 50% of their calculated commission.

5. Termination of Program

  1. Early Termination Clause:

  • The Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Affiliates will be provided with 30 days' notice before any such changes take effect.

6. Legal and Ethical Compliance

  1. Prohibited Practices:

  • Affiliates must not engage in spamming, false advertising, or any practices that could harm the Club’s reputation.

  • Misrepresentation of the Club’s services or terms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

  1. Compliance with Laws:

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable local and international laws governing their activities in the program.

7. Indemnification

  1. Affiliate Liability:

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from their promotional activities.

8. Communication and Updates

  1. Notification Policy:

  • Affiliates will be notified of updates or changes to the program through email or announcements in the affiliate portal.

9. Disqualification

  1. Breach of Terms:

  • Affiliates found in breach of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or failing to comply with the rules may be disqualified and forfeit their earnings.

10. Privacy and Data Use

  1. Data Sharing:

  • The Club will collect and process affiliates’ personal data solely for the purpose of managing the program. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  1. Third-Party Tools:

  • The program may use third-party tools for referral tracking and payment processing. Affiliates agree to these tools’ terms of use when participating in the program.
